Ingredients: 1 cob of sweet corn, 1 sweet potato, water
Steps:
1. Tear off the husks from the corn cobs. Place the cob in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes till the kernels are soft.
2. Once the corn is cooked, use a knife to remove the kernels.
3. Peel and dice the sweet potato. Cook the chunks in boiling water till they are done.
4. Place the kernels and sweet potato chunks into a blender, add a little water and process into a smooth puree.
