This flavourful Tomato and Basil Soup will surely satisfy the tastebuds, while providing with the goodness of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and other valuable nutrients, like zinc and manganese from the tomatoes.

4 tomatoes - peeled, seeded and diced, 14 leaves fresh basil, 1 cup cream, 2 tsp butter, salt to taste
1. Place tomatoes in a pot over medium heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Puree the tomato mixture along with the basil leaves, and return the puree to the heat.
3. Place the pot over medium heat, and stir in the heavy cream and butter. Season with salt. Serve hot.
This tasty Tomato and Basil Soup will be gobbled up with delight by everyone!
