Vegetable Soup with Spinach and Sprouts

Combine spinach and sprouts to make a delicious soup. Spinach is a rich source of manganese, copper, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, folate, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin K, vitamin E, C, A, protein, and dietary fiber. Sprouts enhance the nutritional quotient by adding dietary fiber, protein, vitamin C, A, calcium, and iron. These enhance bone development and boost the immune system.

    Ingredients to make Vegetable Soup with Spinach and Sprouts:

    A bunch of spinach leaves, ½ bowl sprouts, 1 small onion chopped, 4-6 garlic pods, 1 small potato chopped, 2 tomatoes chopped, 4-6 beans chopped, salt, 2 tsp. butter, 1 tsp. sugar 

    Steps to make Vegetable Soup with Spinach and Sprouts: 

    1. Cook the sprouts and the rest of the vegetables and a glass of water till they are soft and tender. 

    2. On cooling, blend all the ingredients into a soupy consistent. 

    3. Add salt, butter, and sugar. Warm the soup and serve.
