Using assorted vegetables like spinach, which is rich in iron, onion, that has vitamin and potatoes, a good source of carbohydrates, you can prepare yummy vitamin boost mash for your baby. Gram flour, being the base ingredient, which is rich in protein and breadcrumbs, which binds all ingredients together, gives a yummy relishing snack for your little one.

Ingredients to make Vitamin Boost Mash:
1/2 cup gram flour, 1 potato boiled and mashed, 5-10 spinach leaves, 1/4th cup finely chopped onion, ¼ cup bread crumbs, oil for shallow frying.
Steps to make Vitamin Boost Mash:
1. In a bowl, add the mashed potato, finely chopped spinach and onion. Mix well.
2. Add gram flour and bread crumbs. Give a thorough mix.
3. Make small patties of the potato mixture and shallow fry using oil. You can also use a cookie cutter and give the mixture the required shape.
