    Ingredients to make Yummy Banana Shira:

    Banana-2 large, jaggery-2 tsp, cashew nuts-2-3 to be used as powder, raisins -2 mashed very well, cardamom powder-1/4 tsp, strands of saffron-few, very finely crushed or chopped and water-1 cup

    Steps to make Yummy Banana Shira:

    1. Mash the banana well soft to a paste consistency.

    2. Add little water to make it uniform paste

    3. Blend well, add the other ingredients and cook until it is thick. Add water if it becomes too thick.

    Garnish with strands of saffron and serve hot or cold.
