Sweet potatoes are high in many important nutrients. They contain a good amount of fiber as well as vitamin A, vitamin C, manganese and several other vitamins and minerals. They boost brain function, enhance immunity, and promote vision health. Yummy Sweet Potato is a very simple and tasty snack that can be enjoyed any time with family and friends.

Sweet potatoes, jaggery, and salt
1. Boil the sweet potatoes till they are soft and then peel it off.
2. Boil little water in asauce pan and add jaggery, wait till it melts.
3. In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes and add melted jagerry and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and serve.
