What is plan activation?
To avail the services included in your plan, plan activation is required. The plan is automatically activated when both the plan and the device are purchased together. Otherwise, manual activation of the plan is necessary.

How do I update information for a plan?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the plan for which you want to edit the details.
Click on the Edit Policy button on the plan details screen and update the necessary details

I have not received any plan documents. How do I download plan documents?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the policy for which you require the document
Click on the Policy Document button on the plan details screen and download the document
