How do I raise a repair request for my mobile phone?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the mobile plan which covers the mobile that needs to be repaired.
Click on 'Repair Request' on the policy detail screen & answer the following questions. No documents required.
Select the preferred mode of settlement. Read more about the settlement options.
Request registered! You will also be notified about the status updates for the repair via SMS and Email

How do I withdraw / cancel a mobile phone repair request?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the mobile plan for which the repair request is active.
Click on the Track Ongoing Repair card on the plan details screen and select the request you want to cancel.
Click on the Cancel Repair button on the track repair screen.

How do I change the mode of settlement after raising a Mobile phone repair request?
You would not be able to change the mode of settlement for the active repair request. Please cancel the repair request and raise a new request. You can select a different mode of settlement while raising the new repair request.
