Tracking Repair and Payout Status
How do I track the current state of my repair request?
Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.
Select the mobile plan for which the repair request is active
Click on the Track Ongoing Repair card on the plan details screen and select the request you want to track
A tracker will be displayed on your screen to show the current status of the repair request.
You will be notified about the status updates for the repair via SMS and Email

How do I check for the Payout status of my Reimbursement settlement?
For updates in Reimbursements, SMS & emails will be sent to you once documents are submitted and a payout request is approved from our end.

How do I check for the Payout status of my Advance Cash Settlement?
For updates in Advance Cash Settlement, we will notify you using SMS and email about payment processing once we receive the required documents / video and payout request is approved.
